• Work With Contacts/Customers (The Master Contact List) allows the user to:

  • Type of Business

  • Credit Hold Status
  • Contract Vendor Information:
    • Services the vendor can provide
    • Ratings
    • Station Number
    • FAA Number
    • Date of Last Survey
    • Date of Next Survey
    • and Scan the Survey Evaluation Form directly into the system
  • Enter Customer/Vendor Billing/Shipping Address
  • Vendor Notes
  • All items that have been ordered from contact
  • All work orders received from contact
• Company Calendar allows the users to:
  • Place events on the company calendar such as vacations, trades shows, etc.
• Company Data allows the administrator to:
  • Add Pay Period information
  • E-Mail SMTP/Port Settings and Passwords for Automated E-Mail Notifications
  • Company Notes
  • Vacation and Sick Day Accrual Policy
  • 8130 Block 13 Generic Statements
  • Change Database Connections
  • Enter Local Sales Tax Information for invoices
  • Adjust setings for Work Order Number and System Control
  • Change default facility and stock room
  • Determine if notifications will be sent by Messenger, E-Mail or Both.
• Select Skin allows the user to:
  • Change the skin of the software to make it a more personal experience for each user
• Create Invoice Allows the user to create an invoice
