Services Pricing
Remote services including installation, technical support and features training for the first year after purchase is included in the price of the license. Remote support after the first year of purchase is included in the maintenance price. License not covered under maintenance are subject to On-Site Technical Support charges.

Note: These hourly rates may change during our services. If such changes are necessary, you will be notified in writing 30 days before the change. All services, including telephone conferences, are billed in 10-minute increments regardless of the actual time spent.
