  • Create/View REA
    • Allows the user to create a Request For Engineering Assistance
  • Document Control Center allows the user to:
    • Add/Edit Documents
      • This allows the user to add the document name and revision as well as link the revision to a document on the server or a web url.
    • Import Document
      • This allows the user to either create the document in the system, import from PDF or scan the document into the system.
    • Document Rev Report
      • Shows the user the complete revision history.
  • Document and Forms allows a user to create a Traveler/Router/Planning document that can be printed at work order creation
  • Work With Check Lists allows the user to create/edit/delete system check lists
  • Misc FAA Forms
    • This contains the misc FAA forms that may be needed by a facility (i.e. FAA 337, FAA 8120-11 etc)
  • Repair Steps Template
    • Allows the user to enter templates for the repair steps of a discrepancy.
  • Part Number Manager (Capabilities List Tracking System and Rules Engine) allows the user to:
    • Add/Edit Delete a part from the capabilities list (serialized parts can also be added).
    • Add Ratings for each part.
    • Note if part is an aircraft (used in the maintenance tracking system for customer aircraft)
    • Allows user to Add Engines/Other Tracking Items for aircraft.

    • Allows users to link those items to aircraft/engines/other tracking items.

    • Allows the user to enter Equipment Maintenance and the system will then track and notify the user with the next maintenance is due.
  • Form/Report Customization allows the user to completely customize all forms and reports in the system.
    • This allows the user to create new forms (with out a programmer)
    • Modify the canned forms in the system
    • and allows the user to put all their repair station manual forms directly into the system (with out accruing customization costs)

    • Allows the user to modify information/Delete custom reports.
  • Dymo Labels
    • Allows the user to add/delete Dymo Label Writer Labels and set the catagory of the label.
  • Training Center
    • Allows user to create classes

    • Allows the user to assign those classes to an Employee Group or to an employee
    • Allows the user to mark class as being completed to allow for training history in the employee   center.
      • Allows the user to scan the class cert and attach it to the class and employee.
    • Allows the user to add tracking items to an employee (i.e. eye exam)
  • Work Order Template
    • Allows the user to create a work order template that will assign discrepancy templates and parts kits to a work order at the time of work order creation.
  • Discrepancy Templates
    • Allows the user to create/edit discrepancy templates.
    • Allows the user to assign a parts kit to the discrepancy template so that when the template is assigned to a work order the discrepancies will be created and inventory will automatically be  added to the discrepancy.
