Work Order

Aircraft Screen

This section allows the user to add aircraft, track aircraft items (T&S for Airframe, Engine, Prop, etc). You may also create a new work order by selecting the aircraft and then clicking create work order or you may create a quote for the aircraft and then the work order.

Discrepancy Templates

Air Maintenance© allows you to create discrepancy templates that can be used in the creation of a work order. This is usually used as a time saver for work orders that have the same discrepancies each time they arrive. These templates can also be linked to the capabilities part or aircraft.

Dock Receiving

Dock receiving is used exclusively by component facilities to facilitate the receiving of multiple parts for a single RO/PO.

Service Requests

This screen allows the user to enter service requests that can be used in the service work order, they may also mark whether the service is available to be requested directly by the customer through the customer portal.

Work Order

This is the primary screen used in the software, from here you can create your work orders, request inventory, clock in an out of discrepancies, request OSR (Outside Service Requests), create 8130-3, EASA Form 1, CAA, CAAC, logbook entries. You can also scrap items, track open panels and component removal.

Shipping

This screen will be used, mainly, by component facilities and it allows them to ship multiple work orders on the same packing slip

Work Order Scheduling

This screen allows the user to schedule work orders, assign discrepancies to employees, view available employees for work assignments.

New Work Order Screen

The work order screen allows you to add multiple items to a single work order with three different types available (Aircraft, Component, and Service).
